0.00

This book deals with various aspects of networking services related to signaling and Quality of Service (QoS). The term networking services is used in this book to describe multimedia services with real-time and non real-time communications, delivered over the Internet. Examples of such services are: Voice over IP (VoIP), presence, instant messaging, video conferencing, distribution of TV channels over the internet (IPTV), video on demand, and service and device continuity. A networking service may involve two users who have established a video connection, or a group of users participating in a video conferencing, or a user and a server from which the user receives a service, such as IPTV.
